The rainbow pedestrian bridge was close by. The entrance to the state park was just beyond that. I could easily reach the falls. The prospect trolley ticket booth was just 100 ft to the left. It was VERY convenient.
The hallway carpets looked a little worn.

I found ample parking available. the location is near the state park. I could walk there easily. the room was spacious, and check-in was quick. the staff offered tips on nearby places.
the driveway has some noticeable bumps.

the location was good, just a short walk to the attractions.
I was disappointed with the parking situation. I had to pay extra, but the lot was very cramped. it was nearly impossible to park my car safely (and i drive a sedan!). the hotel should really improve its parking management.

the staff was awesome, they welcomed me upon arrival. they gave me good tips for places in the area. they even allowed me to store my belongings after checking out, that was useful. the pillows were good, not the typical cheap kind.
the carpets in hallway looked not so clean.
